NEW! Asia Pacific Network of People Living with HIV AIDS (APN+)Email. A regional network linked to 26 national networks of people living with HIV AIDS in the Asia Pacific region. They assist anyone with referals for care support and counseling on treatment access. They work primarily on addressing issues of stigma and discrimination, access to treatment care and support, education and training on HIV treatment issues, and strengthening the development of PLWHA organisations at national and grassroots levels.
